Athlete’s from different walks of life, but who are all powered by plants!

About our Panelists:

David Wise:
Dave went fully plant-based late in life, aged 46, in 2014, just after taking up ultra running. He won the Canadian Men’s 24hr Championship races in 2016 and 2017 and since then has worked to improve his running, and to cultivate new found interests as a yogi and plant-based chef.

Adam Chaim:
Adam Chaim is the co-host of The Plant Trainers Podcast, a plant-based nutrition/fitness coach with over 25 years experience and founder of the Vegan Podcast Academy. After a major wake-up call, he adopted a plant-based lifestyle and now thrives in all aspects of life. Adam is a 2X Ironman triathlete and has completed several marathons and ultras.

Steve Beiko:
Steve will add a unique perspective to the panel as a lifelong endurance athlete, and even to this day he maintains his career as a bike courier at the age of 78. He has been a vegan for 37 years, and a vegetarian for 21 years before that. He hopes to inspire young people starting out in fitness and a veg lifestyle, by showing them where their journey may lead them.
Magdalena Kordiuk: Magdalena is a fitness coach, instructor and personal trainer who’s been working in the Toronto fitness industry for over ten years. Certified in plant-based nutrition and dedicated vegan she is passionate about bringing the benefits of a plant-based vegan lifestyle to her clients and beyond. Magz is also a member of Switch4good, a coalition of athletes spreading the word about the benefits of a dairy-free, plant-based lifestyle.
