At this interesting and informative cooking demonstration, plant-based chef & nutritionist Amy Longard, will teach you about the health benefits, the multitude of culinary uses and how to add seaweed to your diet. You’ll have the opportunity to taste a variety of dishes and take home the recipes too. The food prepared will be vegan and gluten free.
