This 1-hour workshop will introduce participants to the origins, benefits and practices of mindfulness for stress reduction and resilience. The workshop will move between didactic and experiential learning throughout the session. Participants will gain an understanding of the historical and scientific underpinnings of mindfulness and its application to stress and everyday life.
