Spending the past two years nurturing a practice of mindfulness, Amanda now uses the tools of meditation and yoga to equip herself, and her students with the power to show up, be their authentic selves and contribute in positive ways.
Have you ever been at odds with a meat-eating family member, watched footage from a factory farm, or attended a protest, and felt negative emotions? This session will help you understand the physiological response that contribute to your reaction, and give you the tools to restore a state of calm and clarity to help you live and advocate for what you believe in.
